Licensing Forms And Packets

General Contractors (A,B and C), Mechanical 'A' & Roofing licenses require a passing ICC standardized test.
If you need to take an exam, please use the following exam IDs up to the newest code version: Building 'A' - F11, Building 'B' - F12, Building 'C' - F13, Roofing - F14, Mechanical 'A' - F29.

Important Notice:
These applications must be filled out entirely in order to be accepted.
An incomplete application may needlessly delay your license.
